The pot for Genghis Khan is shaped so that you can also enjoy shabu-shabu in the middle, which is very interesting. The fresh lamb has no unpleasant smell and is tender, making it easy to keep eating. It's fun to be able to taste the difference between Icelandic lamb and domestic Shirakami lamb. They also have lamb tongue, lamb chops, and lamb carpaccio, all of which are delicious. It's great to be able to enjoy both grilled and shabu-shabu at the same time, and it pairs well with wine tasting. The restaurant is non-smoking and comfortable, and there are also Italian small plates and desserts to enjoy according to your mood.
