The interior is clean and has a calm atmosphere that excites you the moment you take your seat. The special pot made of Iwate Nanbu iron features a shabu-shabu style in the center, with grilling around it, making the cooking itself enjoyable. The thick lamb has no gamey taste and a gentle sweetness, and when lightly shabu-shabu'd and then grilled, it turns out surprisingly tender. They teach you the condiments and grilling methods for each cut, so even lamb beginners can confidently try various options. The combination of vegetables and the special sauce is also a perfect match, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. After the meal, warming up the rice flour bread bought on the first floor makes it chewy and crispy, allowing me to enjoy a happy aftertaste at home.
