The sound of traditional Japanese instruments flows pleasantly, creating an elegant and calm atmosphere. The round counter is unique in that it moves, allowing freshly fried items to be delivered right in front of you. Since the ingredients are handled and fried right before your eyes, you can fully enjoy the aroma and the sense of presence. The asparagus, sweetfish, and live shrimp have a light batter, while the flavors inside are rich, making you smile involuntarily. The flow of pairing the tempura with rice at the end is excellent, and the satisfaction continues all the way to the sorbet that follows. The bento, centered around Japanese cuisine, also features tempura as the main attraction, with two different flavors of rice that are delicious until the very end.
