At a Korean barbecue restaurant, the quality of the meat is very good, which raises my spirits. The beef tongue is thickly cut, and when grilled, it becomes fragrant and releases umami with each bite. The short ribs and skirt steak are also larger in size, making them very satisfying to eat. The lettuce can be refilled, and when wrapped with a rich miso, I can't stop eating. I can also enjoy Korean-style salad, namul, pork belly, and vegetable pancakes, and in the end, I feel full with the rice soup. The atmosphere has a local feel, and the grilled meat pairs well with rice.
