Ten-ei

A dish where shrimp, onions, pumpkin, and other ingredients are piled on top of rice, generously sprinkled with salt, and then green tea is poured over it. Known as Tendon Tea.

A bowl topped with a slightly smaller tuna cutlet than a crispy fried chicken tender, seasoned well. The tuna cutlet has a light taste, but the perfectly balanced sweet and salty red miso sauce complements the light taste of the tuna without overpowering it, while the acidity of the lemon and the sprouts neutralize the spiciness, stimulating the appetite.
