The harmony of spices is pleasant, allowing you to enjoy it without getting tired of it until the end. The egg fried rice has a deep richness similar to pilaf, with a gentle saltiness and a strong umami flavor. The addition of corn adds a fun pop of texture, and it provides satisfaction without relying on chemical seasonings. The hormone (offal) sourced from Kesennuma is enjoyed by grilling it yourself and tasting it with cabbage and Worcestershire sauce. When you eat it with the cabbage coated in the delicious mix of fat and sauce, you won't be able to stop using your chopsticks.
