In a calm space with a counter and raised seating, you can enjoy your meal slowly. The couple warmly engages with you, making it easy to relax even if it's your first time. Each dish, from the thick bonito to the creamy monkfish liver, was incredibly fresh and impressive. The melt-in-your-mouth simmered conger eel and the salmon roe enjoyed with salt were particularly memorable, making you want to order more. The sushi rice is of just the right size, balancing well with the toppings, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. Since it's a cozy little restaurant, it's recommended to secure a seat early and fully enjoy the delicious experience.
