The kyofte has a pleasant aroma of spices and is very delicious. When paired with rice (pilaf), it creates a good overall balance and provides a sense of satisfaction. The assortment of appetizers has a good variety, mainly centered around meat dishes, making it quite filling. The portions are generous, so everyone can enjoy sharing. The sardine hamshi that I requested in advance was a delightful surprise, showcasing freshness and excellent frying technique. You can feel the skill of the chef in the way the flavors are balanced and the cooking, leaving you in a happy mood even after the meal.
