The interior has a bright and pop atmosphere, with table seating and raised areas that provide a relaxing environment. There is a blackboard menu that excites with a fun lineup of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. The tantanmen is milder in spiciness than it looks, with a rich umami flavor that makes it easy to eat. The Tianjin fried rice, with fluffy and creamy eggs coated in a thick sauce, offers a change in flavor with every bite, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. Unique menu items like sweet mixed noodles, chilled soy milk tantanmen, and carbonara ramen are also available, making it fun to choose. The mapo tofu and mini fried rice are delicious, and I find myself wanting to try the white omelette rice next.
