Unique bread made by a unique owner We have visited Hatsutatsu a couple of times! I thought I was reviewing it, but this will be my first review! The place is about a 5-minute walk west from the subway station The name "Hattatsu Tatsu" is written in big letters and is very conspicuous. You'll be able to find it easily. This is the owner who used to work at Sammypoo! The lineage of the bread is similar to Pooh's. I feel that most of the breads are hard type. First of all, I recently bought a bread do me. It's a little rough, but it's heavy and solid. It is rich without being dry! This kind of pandummies may not be found anywhere else! I used to buy the cobbler's bread in the refrigerated showcase. The egg salad is moist, creamy and plentiful! The liver paste was reproduced with chicken, rich, mellow and well reproduced! And the unique owner! When you talk to him, he is mischievous, very friendly and easy to talk to! Cattle Lapin Kita-Umeda nearby also uses this bread! As expected of a chef! He's got a good eye! I'm so jealous of all the great bakeries in Nakatsu! I'm going back again!
