In a sake shop's standing bar style, they offer a selection of sake, local beers, and even wine. It's interesting and a bit exciting how they serve drinks in a combination of glasses and masu (traditional wooden sake cups). The process of serving yourself from the homemade side dishes arranged in the center of the store onto a single plate and then showing it to the staff is smooth. Seasonal vegetables take center stage, and you can request your preferred cooking methods, with everything from cream croquettes to tempura and green curry being satisfying in taste. There are comfortable seats where you can relax, and the staff kindly explains the dishes. Since the presentation is for one-time servings, it's fun to choose a little bit of various options.
