We visited on the recommendation of a local. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice. When I looked at the menu, I was surprised to see three kinds of pig's feet (tebichi) dishes! There were the standard boiled one, deep-fried one, and I think it is rare in Ishigaki Island, but there was also grilled pork leg with salt. When we asked about it, we were told that the proprietress loves pig's feet. I had a hard time deciding between the three types of pig's feet dishes, but I went for the grilled pork feet. First of all, I was surprised at the size! It was hot and tender, and the salt flavor made it surprisingly crispy and tasty. It was a great decision! I also had a half portion of foo chanpuru, which I had been dying to try since I saw it on a morning TV drama recently. It is rich and tasty, and also delicious. I ate a lot even though I was only one person. I also had a take-out dish of their famous gurukun onigiri (rice balls). The fried gurukun is sometimes crispy and has a gentle taste. Everything I ate was very tasty. The waitresses were very friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with them and getting information about the island. We had a very good time. I will go back again!
