In a house restaurant standing in a residential area, opening the door envelops you in a gentle atmosphere. The courses are served at just the right pace, and before you know it, you feel a pleasant sense of satisfaction. The dishes that utilize the blessings of Wakayama are rich in aroma, and I especially cannot forget the early mikan risotto. The venison grilled over charcoal is concentrated in flavor, making it enjoyable even for those trying game for the first time. The freshly baked focaccia is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making it hard to resist reaching for more. The wine cellar is well-stocked, and the time spent finding a bottle that pairs well with the food while consulting with the staff was delightful.
