Upon entering, the interior of the restaurant is new and clean, with a calm atmosphere. There is also a counter, making it easy to enjoy even alone. The sashimi, which reflects a commitment to quality fish, features vibrant daily selections. In particular, the eel sashimi has a firm texture that pairs well with a refreshing sour sauce. The lotus root tempura with a kick of mustard and the gratin filled with crab are both creamy and satisfying. The presentation is beautiful, and you can feel the attention to detail, making it a very comfortable place.
