When you go up the stairs and open the door, you are greeted by a kind landlady and a dandy chef, which is comforting. The interior has a nostalgic feel, and a relaxed atmosphere flows throughout. The signature dish, the shamo chicken, is elastic and bursts with flavor the more you chew, which is impressive. It's also nice that they serve bone crackers when you finish the sashimi of horse mackerel. There is a variety of alcoholic beverages, including sake and tomato highballs, and it's fun to discuss your preferred strength. The diverse menu, including pizza and Neapolitan pasta, surprisingly pairs well, making it a wonderful place where you can feel excited about whatever you order.
