Upon entering, the staff warmly welcomes you, and you immediately feel at ease. The spacious interior, which has both tatami seating and tables, allows you to enjoy your soba in a relaxed manner. The soba has a smooth texture and a pleasant chewiness, going down easily. The dipping sauce has a slight kick but is not overwhelming, making you want to keep eating. The mini bowl that comes with the set provides satisfaction beyond its size, and the ingredients are substantial, which is delightful. It's also convenient to choose between hot and cold soba or udon, allowing you to spend time leisurely in a warm atmosphere.
