When you go underground in a building near the station, a cozy little restaurant unfolds. There are counter seats and raised seating, and the traditional interior evokes a sense of history. The presentation of the dishes is beautiful, and they excite you from the very first glance. Each dish is rich in flavor, and I was particularly impressed by the crispy exterior and fluffy interior texture of the Tochio deep-fried tofu. The timing of the service was perfect, and the drinks arrived quickly, allowing me to enjoy the amber Yebisu beer, which was delightful. Thanks to the polite staff, I think it's a place where you can spend your time comfortably and leisurely.
