I was looking forward to revisiting the wonderful soba restaurant. The mori soba had a glossy appearance, and I was able to enjoy the beautifully arranged soba. The richness of the dipping sauce was irresistible; especially when you dip a little soba into it, you can savor a blissful moment. Furthermore, the soba-yu that comes afterward was rich, and I was impressed by the flavorful broth.

The simple and clean interior of the restaurant is attractive, allowing for a calm dining experience. The thin noodles are slippery and pair perfectly with the soba dipping sauce, providing an exquisite balance. The tempura is crispy and fragrant, and the strong seasoning of the wild vegetable rice was also delicious. The final rich soba broth was a cup that warmed both the heart and body.

This newly relocated store seems to have become popular right away. The simple and clean interior is lovely, and the carefully crafted soba is shiny and beautiful. In particular, the umami and balance of the soba dipping sauce are exquisite, and the soba broth is rich and delicious. It's a place where you can feel bliss with every bite.
