I used the breakfast buffet, and I was first excited by the variety of options. In addition to Japanese, Western, and Chinese side dishes, there were also salads and desserts, so much that I couldn't take it all in one go. The local fresh vegetables and freshly cooked rice were particularly delicious, and I could really feel the quality of the ingredients. The dishes were served in small cups, making them easy to take, and they looked cute as well. The staff members were always smiling and frequently replenished the food, allowing me to enjoy my meal comfortably throughout. I was able to fully savor the flavors of Yamagata in a spacious seat, making for a very satisfying breakfast experience.
