In a small shop, you can eat in a calm atmosphere. The chanko, with its clear chicken broth and the aroma of soy sauce, is very delicious. It is filled with plenty of ingredients such as seafood, meat, vegetables, mushrooms, and shirataki noodles, making it enjoyable to eat. A former sumo wrestler carefully prepares it, allowing you to truly appreciate the umami. There are also small side dishes that accompany the meal, making it easy to keep eating. It concludes with a rice porridge, leaving you very satisfied.
