The style of grilling over charcoal is enjoyable, and you can slowly grill vegetables and meat right in front of you on the shichirin (a small charcoal grill). The steak, in particular, has a wonderful aroma and a rich flavor that melts in your mouth. The tenderloin is surprisingly soft and has a texture that falls apart with just a light cooking. Seafood, such as shrimp, is also highly satisfying, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. The calm space, utilizing stone and wood, surrounded by greenery, creates a pleasant atmosphere. The bright entrance where you take off your shoes and the sunken kotatsu-style seating are also comfortable, allowing for a relaxing experience.
