The meat and frying method of the tonkatsu are above standard, and the cabbage is cut into 2 or 3 cm cubes and dipped in sauce on a small plate. Paper is laid out to absorb the oil from the tonkatsu. The loin cutlet is a large size with moderate thickness, and the bread crumbs are crispy. The sauce is served on a separate plate with hot pepper paste, a pure sauce to put on. The frying is a little thin and tasty, and the addition of soy sauce and hot sauce makes it even more to your liking. The cabbage is not shredded, but cut into 2 or 3 cm cubes.
