Surrounded by nature, you can enjoy a leisurely meal. The courses are seasonal, with carefully prepared dishes such as cherry blossom tofu and sashimi. The grilled iwana (mountain trout) is visually appealing and very delicious. The black wagyu steak is also satisfying in taste, bringing a smile to your face. You can enjoy tempura of kiss fish and wild vegetables, as well as mozuku vinegar, making it easy to continue eating without getting bored. The meal concludes with bamboo shoot rice and red miso soup, and the overall quantity was just right and satisfying.
