The cozy interior of the shop has a homely atmosphere, allowing you to relax immediately even if it's your first time. The goya champuru and fu champuru bring out the flavors of the ingredients, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. The clear broth Okinawa soba pairs perfectly with the chewy white noodles. When you generously pour the homemade kochujang on the table, the spiciness and umami deepen significantly. In the evening, you can hear regulars singing Okinawan folk songs, creating a relaxed atmosphere as if you were on the island. Combined with the warm hospitality of the staff, the time spent here is very pleasant.
