The small shop with only a counter has a clean and calming atmosphere. The food comes out quickly after ordering, so you don't feel like you're waiting. The tonkotsu soup has a pleasant aroma, and even though it's light, you can definitely taste the umami. I'm happy that I can choose the firmness of the noodles; I prefer them firm as they have a nice bite. The chashu is tender, and the sweetness of the fat is subtle and delicious. The toppings on the table are plentiful, and I can enjoy eating while nibbling on bean sprouts.
