This is a takeout-only dim sum shop, and even if the showcase is empty, they have frozen dumplings and spring rolls ready, which is exciting. They only use domestic ingredients and are committed to not adding any additives, so you can choose with peace of mind. The dumplings, filled with plenty of cabbage, have a pleasant garlic aroma, and just by cooking them according to the instructions, they taste like those from a specialty shop. The mixed vegetable spring rolls release a fried rice-like aroma the moment they are fried, and the textures of the chives and bamboo shoots are enjoyable, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The boiled dumplings I had at the shop were juicy, and whether eaten as is or with sauce, they have a deep flavor. They also offer a point card and ice service, making takeout even more comfortable and delightful.

The skin of Shinfu Gyoza comes in three colors: white, pink, and green! The white skin contains chives and pork, the light pink skin contains dried shrimp and pork, and the green skin contains bamboo shoots in spring, eggplant and shiso leaves in summer, mushrooms in autumn, and lotus root in winter. Each season's ingredients are mixed with pork.
