A remote but locally popular restaurant! There's a great yakiniku restaurant in the next town over! I have heard many times that That's here, Manpuku-san! It is far from the station, about 15 minutes walk from Esaka station, and reservations are only accepted on weekdays at 6:30 p.m. I had not had a chance to go there for a long time, and I had completely forgotten about it. Then, fortunately, a friend of mine invited me to go there! We made a reservation for 6:30 p.m. and met at Esaka station at 6:20 p.m. The four of us took a cab to the restaurant! The location is about a 15-minute walk southeast of Esaka Station, with the Suita Golf Center nearby. The restaurant has a tatami room and tables. The tatami room is not a kotatsu (a table placed over a hole in the floor), but a traditional tatami room! You get tired of sitting all the time... Thank goodness my friend asked for a table! I really appreciate it! Cheers to each drink! We're hungry, so let's order as many as we can! Let's start with the raw food! We ordered Yukke and Tataki! It's a bit pricey, but they have yukke! The food is safe because it has been registered with the local government! It's safe and delicious! The rich yolk and the sauce are so delicious! I wish I could have back the days when I could eat it easily! The tataki is rare, but it's hard because it's been refrigerated since it was made... Delicious but... a little disappointing... Grilled dishes Salted tongue Liver Rose Roast Harami Rib roast Peach loin Tête-à-tête I ordered all of them for two servings! I think this amount is a lot for two servings! The meat was very beautiful, and if you think it was greasy because of the sashi, it wasn't at all! Anyway, they were all tender and delicious! There is also a top of this, but the regular meat is good enough! The sauce is a little strong, but I like it! It makes the rice go down a treat! I didn't like the beef from the "taechan", but the thigh loin was very meaty! It's lean but tender and juicy! To finish We ordered kalbi kuppa, cold noodles, and yukkejang udon each! I ordered the kalbi kuppa! The day we went there was in the middle of summer, but I like this kind of rice porridge! The soup was tender tail soup, the meat was small but it was in small pieces, and it soaked up the flavor of the soup. I also got some of my friend's yukkejang udon noodles (lol). It's sweet and spicy and goes well with udon! It goes well with udon! Next time I come back, I want to finish with this! We ordered a lot of things, so it ended up costing about 7,000 yen per person... But I don't think it was too expensive for the quality of meat we had! The restaurant is also a bit relaxed, with many family customers. I feel that the restaurant is loved by the locals. I'm jealous that you've been able to eat meat like this since you were a little kid! I know it's hard to go there since you can't make reservations and it's in a remote area... I want to go back!
