The focaccia sandwich is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with a perfect combination of tuna, pumpkin, and vegetables. The salad dressing is fragrant, and the accompanying pickles have just the right amount of acidity. The braised beef is beautifully presented and comes with a salad, providing a sense of satisfaction. The dessert, coconut ice cream, has a fun texture with little bits, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches.
