Made by changing Shikuma's well water into hydrogen water. The butter used is carefully selected four-leaf butter. The sweet bean paste is made from Hokkaido's Oonaga beans. Depending on the bread, it is made with rice flour, natural yeast, and other ingredients. Salted cherry blossoms add an accent to the sweetness of the bean paste.
