The vibrant appearance catches the eye. You can enjoy appetizers, soups, and homemade focaccia on the course. The vegetable appetizer has a gentle flavor that conveys the quality of the ingredients. The cream risotto with bacon, napa cabbage, and a hint of yuzu is rich and satisfying. The rice has a nice bite to it, and the flavor expands with each chew. The turnip potage and the assortment of appetizers are also carefully prepared, and the flavor of the firefly squid pairs well with the yellowtail and anchovy.
