The interior of the restaurant features a counter, raised seating, and private rooms, creating a calm atmosphere reminiscent of the old days. The lunch set includes sushi and rolls, along with soba noodles, a bowl of red miso soup, salad, and even coffee for dessert, leaving you completely satisfied. The tuna is cut thickly, offering a rich flavor that brings happiness when it enters your mouth. The soba broth has a sweet flavor typical of Kagoshima, making you want to take another bite. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard) is well-seasoned with dashi and includes ginkgo nuts, which is a delightful surprise. The special thick roll is visually impressive with large ingredients, adding to the excitement.
