The sesame sauce dan dan noodles have a gentle spiciness and sweetness that make you want to drink it until the last drop. They adjust the spiciness and numbing sensation to your preference. The soup dumplings are steaming, and when you bite into them, the umami bursts out. The shrimp mayonnaise with grainy mustard surprisingly pairs well, and the shrimp is firm and satisfying. The mapo tofu is flavored with Sichuan pepper, making it irresistibly delicious. They also recommended fried rice, which is not on the menu, and their service is soft and pleasant.
