The dishes that make use of island ingredients are exciting. There is a style where you can fry your own food in camellia oil, which is very enjoyable. You can fry the skewered ingredients to your preferred level, and the batter is light with a refreshing aftertaste. The tofu, simmered fish, sesame-dressed ashitaba, and chawanmushi also have a careful flavor and were delicious. The fun of frying your own food naturally elevates the atmosphere. There is also a buffet-style meal with many Japanese dishes, which is satisfying.
