The food was served quickly, and I was able to enjoy it right away. The udon had a slightly strong flavor and was deliciously smooth. The simmered eggplant and okra were well infused with dashi, and I really liked it. The pork shabu was refreshing with a special sauce, enhancing the meat's umami. The matsutake rice was chewy and fragrant, making it delicious enough to bring a smile to my face. The ramen with a subtle yuzu aroma and the final bite of the smooth red bean bun were also satisfying.
