This shop quietly stands at the back of a residential area, and the space wrapped in the warmth of wood is very relaxing. The homemade udon has a firm texture, and the smoothness going down is outstanding. The mild soy milk tantan soup clings to the noodles, and the moderate spiciness that spreads at the end is irresistible. The cold bowl of ume kombu tororo also has a good balance of ingredients and broth, making it delicious enough to want to eat it all at once even on hot days. The side dish of okara salad and the handmade hojicha chiffon cake are also carefully made, providing satisfaction until the very end. With the warm hospitality of the owner and quick service, I felt that it was a cozy place where I couldn't help but want to linger.
