* * 🍽 【Auberge Au Miradeau Food log "TOP5000". * At the first Auberge in Japan. The owner chef Katsumata's too wonderful French cuisine: 👨🏽‍🍳✨ It was so beautiful to look at and really delicious that I was so impressed I almost cried. (I was taken there for my birthday the year before last. ) * Let me introduce a few dishes🥂🥂. Foie gras cooked at low temperature. This is really, really impressive. Lobster bisque. Only the flavor of the shrimp is concentrated in this dish. The lobster bisque is concentrated with just the right amount of shrimp flavor and goes perfectly with the spoonful of sour cream. The fish and meat were also cooked with great care and attention. The presentation is too wonderful 🥺💕💕. The desserts were also very nice and delicious! * "Gastronomy ″ is how I felt it should be. * Auberge Au Miradeau is a My husband's parents have been visiting there since the first day they got married. It is a place of memories. We still go there with our family to eat Chef Katsumata's cuisine, and My husband wanted to take me there for sure. He wanted to take me there 😢❤️ I really appreciate that you brought me to this restaurant. I am so grateful to have been brought to a restaurant that is filled with such wonderful feelings. I hope we can take it over too. ☺️💓 * You can stay overnight on top of the restaurant. You can really enjoy it. You will wake up in the morning to the sound of birds. And... It's true. It's in the forest so it's mysterious 😌🌲. The concierge was so nice ✨✨✨ *

The menu features Hakone French cuisine based on the theme of local production for local consumption, including fresh and powerful vegetables from Hirokawa Farm in Mishima, fresh fish from Sagami and Suruga bays, and beef and chicken from nearby farms. We communicate frequently with producers to ensure that our vegetables and fresh seafood are grown with love and care, We also use the techniques we have cultivated over the years to prepare the best of Ashitaka beef, Fuji Kinka pork, Amagi chicken, etc., the maturity of which is controlled on a daily basis. We use the techniques we have cultivated over the years to create the best possible results. Please consult with our sommelier and enjoy the wine marriage together!
