The staff's service is kind, and I can enjoy my time from the moment I enter. The Genghis Khan has a wide variety of cuts, all of which are rich in flavor and delicious. In particular, the shoulder loin and lamb chops are tender, and the more you chew, the more the meat juices spread. When grilled together with bean sprouts and various vegetables, the texture remains, and it pairs perfectly with the meat. Kimchi, fresh cabbage, spicy miso, garlic, and chili peppers provide a great accent, making me want to eat more and more. It goes well with both sauces and salt or pepper, and it pairs nicely with drinks like beer and highballs.
