Authentic street-style Chinese cuisine with a variety of side dishes at 'Chuka Shige'

'Chuka Shige' is a traditional street-style Chinese restaurant located in a residential area of Oji Honcho. The mapo tofu is a unique dish enhanced with Sichuan pepper that you won't find elsewhere. It offers a deep flavor profile that balances spiciness and mildness, characteristic of Sichuan cuisine. Additionally, the menu is rich with side dishes like their special gyoza, which can be enjoyed with homemade chili oil.

In a calm interior along the street, there are table seats and a counter, making it comfortable. It seems to be a place that specializes in spicy noodles, with a lineup of dishes like tantanmen and mapo-style options that are exciting. The cold noodles have a creamy white soup, and the flavor of sesame spreads gently, making it delicious. The thick, curly noodles are chewy, and there are plenty of toppings, providing a sense of satisfaction. The warm zhajiang noodles, seasoned with Sichuan pepper, are rich and have a lingering deliciousness. In addition to ramen, there is a lineup of typical street Chinese dishes like gyoza, making it easy to enjoy.
