This is a popular restaurant with people lining up. The seafood broth, fragrant with niboshi (dried sardines) and sanma (Pacific saury), is free of any off-flavors and has a refreshing aftertaste. The soy sauce soup has a good balance of back fat and garlic, making it very delicious. The noodles are hand-kneaded, providing a smooth texture that feels great. The chashu (braised pork) has a nice charred aroma, is thick, and tender. You can enjoy two types of chashu, which are free of any gamey taste and provide a satisfying experience.
