This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Basque cuisine, and the atmosphere inside is very chic and calming. The hanging jamón on the ceiling and the spacious counter are impressive, giving a sense of being in a foreign land. The appetizers of olives and a platter of jamón are aromatic and pair well with drinks. The charcoal-grilled dishes are particularly wonderful, and I was impressed by the sweetness of the vegetables and the tenderness of the meat. The staff is attentive, and it's exciting to see the chef carefully preparing the dishes. There aren't many seats, so it's advisable to make a reservation if you want to enjoy your time leisurely.
