We sat facing the Katsura River and Arashiyama, with a glass wall offering a spectacular view. We had a set of green tea, sakura-mochi, kuzumochi, and honwarabimochi. The sakura-mochi is a Domyoji rice cake wrapped in cherry leaves and has a very nice aroma of cherry blossoms, and the warabimochi is chewy and elastic. The matcha (powdered green tea) also has the aroma of the tea leaves that wafts through your nose. The Japanese sweets are not too sweet, and I recommend this store for a quick nighttime snack after a break. The view was wonderful. Thank you for the meal.
