To maximize the natural refined flavor and rich aroma of Wagyu, we assess the appeal of each quality and cut, and carefully serve each slice one by one. With minimal seasoning, we deliver the meat's quality, freshness, and the fragrance of freshly cut beef directly. Each bite leaves a lingering aftertaste that makes you want another—a satisfying dish that never grows tiresome.
