The slightly recessed entrance next to the building feels like a little hideaway and is exciting. The interior is cozy, with a counter, tables, and private rooms, making it comfortable. Here, you can enjoy both the style of grilling lamb directly and the marinated style of Genghis Khan. The fresh lamb shoulder is thick and very tender, and when eaten with salt, its flavor is well appreciated. The miso Genghis Khan is well-infused with flavor and is satisfying on its own. The salt Genghis Khan, enjoyed with a refreshing lemon and green onion sauce, is also excellent with a hint of garlic.
