This is a catering service trusted by the Imperial Household Agency, offering a taste that you can enjoy with peace of mind. The bento is divided into nine sections, with shrimp tempura and pumpkin tempura placed in the center. There are various types of rice, including white rice, brown rice, mixed grains, and red rice, making it enjoyable. The side dishes, such as teriyaki chicken, meatballs, lotus root kinpira, and simmered dishes, are carefully prepared and full of flavor. The sushi rice, styled like chirashi, is mixed with seaweed and pairs well with flying fish roe, bracken, salmon, and simmered shiitake mushrooms. There are also hearty options like hamburgers, shrimp tempura, and cream croquettes, and the seasoning of the vegetables is gentle, leaving me satisfied.
