This is a hidden gem of a restaurant, and when you open the entrance door, the white wooden counter is beautiful. The 100% buckwheat soba has a wonderful aroma and is very delicious on its own. The white dipping sauce, based on white soy sauce, has a rich dashi flavor and a refined aftertaste. You can also enjoy variations in flavor with British salt and wasabi leaf pickles. The menu is playful with options like duck soba and keema curry dipping soba, which is exciting. The service is pleasant, making for a comfortable dining experience.
