A Hidden Dining Spot to Enjoy Seasonal Appetizers and Quality Japanese Cuisine

This establishment offers a serene Japanese atmosphere that is unexpected from the entrance, where guests can savor carefully crafted Japanese dishes and sake. Starting with the appetizers served at the beginning, regulars are captivated by the flavors that highlight the natural qualities of the ingredients, including melt-in-your-mouth braised pork and aromatic vegetable dishes. The charming tableware and sake vessels adorn the counter, which features semi-private arrangements, making it perfect for leisurely enjoying drinks.

The entrance has a calm door, and inside, there is a Japanese atmosphere that is very comfortable. The counter is arranged in a way that surrounds the space, and it's nice that it can also be a secluded seat with partitions. The appetizers that came out first were all carefully prepared, and the tableware was cute, making it enjoyable to look at as well. The stuffed cabbage rolls were just as expected, with a gradually spreading deliciousness. The potato salad with pickled daikon, combined with bonito flakes and radish sprouts, has a good texture and aroma. The interior, with music and monitors, is lovely, and the tea is served in a smart, slender glass.
