Uohisa Shoten offers a luxurious and splendid course! You can enjoy our signature crab shabu shabu shabu using seafood and seasonal ingredients directly shipped from Choshi Fishing Port and sushi carefully selected by our chefs. For +1,800 yen, you can drink as much as 10 kinds of Japanese sake as you like!
This is a special value course available only after 9:00 p.m. It is perfect for after work or as a second course. The course includes snacks made from seasonal ingredients, a savory butter soy sauce ceramic plate grill, and garlic stone-roasted rice to finish off the meal.
