In the spacious interior of the restaurant, you can spend your time in a relaxed manner. The service from ordering to delivery is smooth, and you can feel the attention to timing. The soba has a pleasant texture, and while the aroma is subtle, the taste is satisfying. The dipping sauce is mildly sweet, and the sesame sauce, in particular, is light and delicious. The small green peppers and shrimp in the tempura bowl are to my liking, and the sauce is not overpowering, making it easy to eat. The finishing soba broth is light, allowing for a refreshing end to the meal.
