The thickly sliced chashu is tender and juicy, providing a satisfying experience. The crunchy texture of the thicker menma adds a nice accent. The ramen soup harmonizes the flavors of vegetables, animal products, and dried ingredients, making it so delicious that you can't help but keep drinking it.
