This is a restaurant where you can enjoy game meat, and the deer steak from Kasagi left a particularly strong impression. It was cooked to a perfect rare, moist, and tender without any noticeable odor, and the flavor was enhanced with salt and garlic soy sauce. The meal set was visually beautiful, complete with salad, seasonal small dishes, pickles, dessert, and drinks, which was delightful. The tempura had a light texture, and the miso soup with aosa seaweed had a wonderful aroma, while the rice was shiny and easy to eat with chopsticks. You can refill the rice and miso soup, so you will feel fully satisfied. In addition to deer, you can also choose duck, eel, domestic wagyu beef, and large shrimp tempura, allowing you to enjoy whatever you feel like that day.
